  • 在全球供應鏈面臨高度不確定性的當代環境下,企業如何強化供應鏈韌性已成為關鍵課題。尤其在高度分工且產業鏈緊密相扣的半導體產業中,任何單一節點的失效皆可能引發整體運作中斷。本研究以台灣半導體產業為實證場域,探討企業在資訊科技能力(Information Technology,簡稱 IT)與垂直協作程度上之發展,如何影響其於供應鏈韌性三階段——事前準備、事中回應、事後恢復之表現。

    本研究採用多重個案研究法,選擇三家在半導體供應鏈中具代表性的企業,分
    別為 IC 通路商、晶圓代工廠與組裝代工廠,並依據 Yang 與 Zhang (2021)所提出之雙維度模型,定位企業於 IT 能力與垂直協作兩軸下之發展階段 ,再透過深度訪談與次級資料蒐集,分析各企業在危機情境下於事前、事中及事後之實際作法與成效,最後進行跨個案比較。

    研究結果指出,IT 能力與垂直協作有助於提升企業在面對風險時的即時回應與後續恢復能力,但對於事前準備階段的預警與風險識別效果有限。此外,企業強化供應鏈韌性之常見作法包括導入大數據、AI (Artificial Intelligence) 與物聯網等技術應用,以及建立明確的資訊共享與協作機制。最後,本研究針對半導體產業不同角色之企業提出具體行動建議,以提升其面對未來風險事件時的整體應變能力與競爭優勢。


    In an era marked by heightened global supply chain uncertainty, enhancing supply chain resilience has become a critical strategic concern for enterprises. This is especially true in the semiconductor industry, where highly specialized and tightly coupled supply chains make each node a potential point of failure that can disrupt the entire system. This study examines how the development of Information Technology (IT) capabilities and the degree of vertical collaboration affect firms’ performance across the three stages of supply chain resilience: readiness, response, and recovery, using Taiwan’s semiconductor sector as the empirical context.

    Adopting a multiple case study approach, this research selects three representative firms from different supply chain roles—an IC distributor, a foundry, and an assembly contractor. Based on the dual-dimensional model proposed by Yang and Zhang (2021), firms are positioned within the IT capability and vertical collaboration framework. Through in-depth interviews and secondary data collection, the study analyzes each firm’s practical strategies and performance across the three resilience stages under supply chain disruption, followed by a cross-case comparison.

    The findings indicate that while IT capabilities and vertical collaboration contribute significantly to enhancing firms’ responsiveness and recovery during and after disruptions, they have limited impact on the effectiveness of pre-disruption preparedness. Common practices observed to strengthen resilience include the adoption of big data, artificial intelligence (AI), and the Internet of Things (IoT), alongside the establishment of explicit information-sharing and collaboration mechanisms. Finally, the study offers actionable recommendations tailored to firms across different roles in the semiconductor supply chain, aiming to enhance their overall adaptability and competitiveness in the face of future disruptions.
