  • 第二次世界大戰結束後美蘇衝突的發展,使拉丁美洲也成為冷戰的一個戰場,美國在西半球長期屹立的霸權,受到國際共黨的挑戰。維持傳統勢力範圍不容外來敵對勢力的侵入,當是美國外交政策的必然優先目標,因此美國戰後的拉丁美洲政策即以冷戰問題為中心。共黨如何在拉丁美洲發展形成威脅?美國採取什政策來對付冷戰期間共黨在拉丁美洲的挑戰?美國是否善為利用每周間制度,動員拉丁美洲國爭取冷戰的勝利?這些問題就是本篇論文挑論的重點。
