  • One-stop Job is a search engine focused on collecting job information from various job websites and job boards. It uses web crawlers to access web pages within the job websites and job boards to discover web pages that contain job information. These web pages are then added to the search engine index, which includes all the discovered URLs along with several relevant key signals such as keywords, content, and time of publishing. If two or more web pages are closely matched, they will be consolidated into a single result and displayed to job seekers in an easy and simple layout. This will reduce the time and efforts of job seekers in their search for employment.
    In addition, One-stop Job offers advertising solutions, including keyword ads and display ads, to help recruiters promote any specific job vacancy and/or any complementary services that will help job seekers to enhance their skills and knowledge. The advertising solutions use a bidding algorithm similar to Google, when a job seeker searches for jobs on One-stop Job, the search engine queries its advertisers looking for a keyword match within its ad groups. If one or more advertisers are bidding on the keywords that One-stop Job deems relevant to the search query, the auction begins. The auction determines whether or not the ad actually shows and in which ad position it will show on the page. This will help reduce the cost and increase ad exposure to a very targeted demographic group for the recruiters and non-recruitment advertisers.
