2. Prepare the following electronic files:
✔ Thesis Word file: For Step 1, Thesis Information Entry (for entering thesis data).
✔ Full-text thesis PDF: For Step 3, File Upload.
✔ Committee Signature Page: For Step 3, File Upload.
◆ If you are applying for an embargo on the printed thesis, prepare the application form and supporting documents.
3. Discuss the authorization of the electronic files with your advisor in advance.
Step1, Thesis Record Creation
1. Log in to the NCCU Thesis Submission System with your library account. For password issues, use the reset page or contact the library (29393091 ext. 63222).
2. After logging in, enter and verify the following thesis information:

Step2, Authorize
🔹Please consult your advisor before completing the electronic authorization form.
🔹The public release date authorized for National Central Library and database vendors must not be earlier than that of National Chengchi University.
🔹According to the Ministry of Education's letter No. 1142201506, starting from the 2025 academic year, the postponement of thesis publication must be reviewed and confirmed by the examination committee during the degree examination.
🔹To apply for a printed thesis embargo, please upload the application form and supporting documents. The application form must be signed by the advisor, oral defense committee members, and department chair, and stamped with the department seal.
🔹If you do not apply for delayed public access for the printed thesis, select “I do not need Postponement” and click “Save and Next Step”.

Step4, Submit for review
1. After confirming that all information and uploaded files are correct, click “Confirm and Submit for Review,” and the Library will notify you by email within 1–2 business days after review.
2. If you need to make changes after submission but before receiving the review result, you may click “Cancel Review.”
Step5, Download hardcopy documents
◆After receiving the thesis approval notification email, log in to the system and go to Step 5 to download the watermarked and secured full-text file, and prepare the printed thesis for submission.

1. General Specifications
Binding & Color: You may choose the cover color and binding type (Hardcover or Softcover) based on your preference or department rules.
Softcover Requirement: If choosing softcover, the cover must be laminated (glossy finish) and include a spine.
2. Required Information
The Cover and Spine must include the following:
Cover: University & Department name, Degree type, Thesis title, Advisor’s name, Student’s name, and Publication date (Month/Year).
Spine: University & Department name, Degree type, Thesis title, Student’s name, and Publication date (Month/Year).
3. Binding Order
Please assemble the thesis in the following sequence:

🔹 Two hardcover or softcover copies (the cover needs to be glued).
